HAVING undergone some refurbishment, Bar One Bistro at Summit Hotel Subang USJ has opened its doors with a revamped concept and new dinner menu.
The management wanted to transform Bar One, which was previously known as Bar One Dance Club, to a one-stop centre with food, entertainment and wine and cigar bar.
Using Norwegian salmon: Atlantic Salmon Fillet with Cajun Garlic Butter.
Sweet endings: Chocolate Nougatine Served with Vanilla Ice-Cream and Chocolate Sauce
